Cancellation & Refund Policy
Month-to-month memberships and recurring programs may be cancelled with written notice at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Fixed-term agreements (3, 6, or 12 months) are non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by law. Unused sessions or class packs expire according to the package terms provided at purchase and are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.
Attendance, Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions and classes at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions without notice ("no-shows"), will be charged as a used session or class credit at TEN33 Fitness's discretion.
Code of Conduct
Clients agree to treat TEN33 Fitness staff, trainers, and other members with respect, follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions, and use equipment safely and as directed. TEN33 Fitness reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for conduct that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to the facility or other members, without refund.
Health & Liability Acknowledgment
Client acknowledges that participation in the services described in this Agreement involves physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury. This Agreement does not replace, and is entered into together with, TEN33 Fitness's separate Liability Waiver and Release of Claims and New Client Intake Form, which Client has read, completed, and signed.
